PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Since joining MPI in 1999, Mr. Lingerfield has prepared valuations of closely held operating 
companies, asset holding entities, as well as other securities, such as undivided interests in real 
estate and closely held promissory notes. In support of the foregoing, he has prepared documented 
valuation  analyses  for  presentation  to  management,  directors,  stockholders  and  other 
representatives of client companies, and has provided testimony in an expert witness capacity in 
business valuation matters in court proceedings. Mr. Lingerfield is also responsible for developing 
and managing client and referral source relationships, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Bloomberg, L.P., Credit Rating Research Associate
Mr. Lingerfield began his career at Bloomberg, L.P. in 1998. Researched and initialized fixed- 
income and issuer credit ratings awarded by rating agencies such as Moody’s, Standard and Poor’s, 
Fitch and Duff and Phelps. Specialized in international credit rating agencies for this multimedia 
financial information institution.

American Society of Appraisers, with accreditation in Business Valuation. He is also a member of 
several Estate Planning Council chapters located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, the 
Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce.
